the staff were friendly and helpful i found the room well-equipped cleaning occurred daily. finding the hotel initially proved a bit complicated but the location is great after figuring it out

the beds weren't very comfortable and noise from people in the hallways was audible the air conditioning didn't work very well plus there were blinking lights that were a bit annoying

the staff at the front desk were very helpful. the room was clean and sufficient for my needs. ovation is excellent for proximity if first rate dining and in particular tapas.

the air con did not work properly in my triple room and i did not sleep well. the hotel was strict about not letting us check in early. we were there 30 minutes before.

dust layersoundproofing absence

The room looked neat initially, but closer inspection revealed a layer of dust on surfaces. the bathroom had some mold near the shower. i found the lack of soundproofing quite bothersome. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep. the neighborhood felt unsafe at night.
